Terminator reboot heet Terminator Genisys

De opnames van Alan Taylors Terminator Genesys zijn officieel afgerond. Acteur Arnold Schwarzenegger onthulde op zijn Facebook dat de titel van de film Terminator Genisys is. Schwarzenegger deed dit door middel van een foto van zichzelf op de set. Hij schreef:
“Hasta la vista, baby. I want to thank the cast and crew of Terminator Genisys for a fantastic shoot. It was challenging, it was fun, and it was rewarding. From our director to the producers, from the camera team to catering, from visual effects to hair and makeup – we couldn’t have done it without you. I can’t wait to see our finished project and I know we’ll remind the fans why they fell in love with the Terminator. On July 1, 2015, I’ll be back.”
In de film speelt Schwarzenegger wederom de T-800 speelt, Emilia Clarke is Sarah Conner en Jai Courtney speelt Kyle Reese. Verdere rollen zijn voor J.K. Simmons, Dayo Okeniyi, Byung Hun Lee en Matt Smith. Terminator Genisys wordt geregisseerd door Thor: The Dark World’s Alan Taylor en gaat in juli 2015 in première.
